Home Inspection Rates  Our Home Inspections meets or exceeds the ASHI Standards and are conducted to the highest standards in the industry. All home inspections are visual inspections and include the following areas. VENTILLATION Attic ventilations and insulation play an important role in moisture, condensation, roof life and much more… ROOF The type, style, layers, quality installation and more are checked. We will perform a diligent inspection of both sides of the roof. HEATING AND COOLING We look at the age, condition and safety of each. In most cases these are the most used appliances in the home. The wrong burn pattern and moisture production can cause premature heat exchanger failure and possibly carbon monoxide. STRUCTURE We complete a thorough visual inspection of the inside and outside of the structure from the attic to the foundation. DRAINAGE Inadequate or reversed drainage and grading cause most water problems. Proper gutters and downspouts are important for moisture control. ELECTRICAL We check double tapping, undersized wiring, open wiring, undersized services and more. PLUMBING Water flow, water pressure and adequate drainage are just the start of our inspection Our rates are posted below: 1,001 SF to 1,800 SF -- $200.00 1,801 SF to 3500 SF-- $250-$350.00 over 3,500 SF CALL to get a quote All inspection reports are computer generated. We even include digital photos showing areas of concern. You will receive your report within 24 hrs of the paid inspection.
